SIZZLER BODYATTACK 52

A great mix of current dance-pop hits and older classics sets a white-hot pace for our new release. It's a fast track to ultra-fitness and the ultimate celebration of group exercise dynamics.

An upbeat remix of Heather Small's Proud sets the scene for your best-ever workout with its inspirational lyrics and motivational message. Members need to suck in their tummy, open their chest and stand straight and tall to get the best start to the class

Then the intensity builds and the range of movement widens as we work through the mixed impact track with the thumping Don't Phunk With My Heart from The Black-Eyed Peas.

Be My Lover takes everyone into their training zone in the aerobic track and The Rhythmn Twins' Popcorn is a hugely energetic song for the plyometric peak.

A funky rap number from MVP provides the sounds for the upper body conditioning, with a great singalong Silent Running energising the running track.

Have fun with the wiggle theme for the agility track and the three work phases in the interval training. Then hit your highest power peak with BodyRockers' Round and Round.

Lower body conditioning and a cool-down bring the curtain down on an awesome new release.
